Arapahoe House and Arapahoe House Foundation, Colorado’s leading nonprofit provider of quality, affordable drug and alcohol treatment recently named four new board members, elected two board presidents, and added one new executive management position. The new appointments and staff will play a key role in advancing Arapahoe House’s mission of serving thousands of Coloradans suffering from substance use illnesses.
- John E. (Jack) Fitzgibbons was elected president of the Arapahoe House Board. He brings 37 years of law experience and a high-ranking career in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Reserve to Arapahoe House. Fitzgibbons holds a law degree from the Columbus School of Law.
- Cindy Flosi was named director of human resources and brings more than 25 years of broad based human resource experience to Arapahoe House. She was previously employed with El Paso Corporation, is certified as a senior professional in human resources and earned her bachelor of science degree from University of Texas at Austin.
- Rodger Hara was reelected as president of the Arapahoe House Foundation Board. He brings 25 years of real estate experience as an appraiser and mortgage banker to his leadership role and holds a BSBA from the University of Denver.
- Charles S. McNeil was appointed to the Arapahoe House Foundation Board and is the founder and CEO of NexGen Resources Corporation, a Colorado-based natural resources company. He received his bachelor of science degree in mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines was honored with the Mines Distinguished Achievement Medal in 1998.
- Brandon Mencini was elected to the Arapahoe House Board and is currently the director of clinic operations at Littleton Adventist Hospital. Mencini holds a master’s degree in health administration from Webster University and brings more than eight years of healthcare expertise to Arapahoe House.
- Tom Rieger was elected to the Arapahoe House Board and brings more than 20 years of sales, management and capital campaign expertise to Arapahoe House. He is currently a principal at R&M Resource Development and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
- State Representative Nancy Todd (D-Aurora) is the Colorado State Representative for District 41 and was appointed to the Arapahoe House Board. She is currently the assistant minority leader in the House and serves on the State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee, as well as the Education Committee. Representative Todd was a professional educator for 25 years in Cherry Creek School District 5 and holds a master’s degree in reading from the University of Northern Colorado.
